Field Work · All Nations

The field is not a metaphor. Go.

3.2 billion people live in the 10/40 window with no meaningful access to the gospel. All Nations places field workers in those communities. This page is for people considering that work.

What going looks like

Long-term presence in unreached communities.

01

Assessment and preparation

Before placement, every candidate goes through a thorough assessment: calling, character, competency, and community fit. This is not a short process.

02

Language and culture acquisition

Field workers learn the language of the people they are going to. This takes years. All Nations provides training and ongoing support.

03

Long-term placement

The work is measured in decades, not months. All Nations places workers in communities for the long term, with a sending church and a support team behind them.

04

Church planting and Bible translation

The goal is not a program. It is a community of believers with Scripture in their language. Field workers work toward that end.
