Church Partnership · All Nations

Churches are the sending unit. Not the org.

All Nations does not replace the local church. It works alongside congregations to identify, train, and send workers to unreached peoples. Partnership is a long-term commitment between a church and a field team.

The partnership model

What a sending church relationship looks like.

01

Identify and affirm candidates

The church knows its people. All Nations works with church leadership to identify members who may be called to field work and affirm that calling through a shared discernment process.

02

Co-fund and co-send

Sending churches commit to ongoing financial support and pastoral care for their field workers. All Nations coordinates the deployment, training, and field support.

03

Receive field stories

Partner churches receive regular dispatches from their field workers. The connection between the congregation and the field is maintained, not managed from a distance.

04

Long-term accountability

Partnership is not a one-time gift. It is a relationship that lasts as long as the field worker is deployed. All Nations provides the structure; the church provides the community.
